Pre-Submission Review

Occasionally an Applicant may wish to complete the entire application with little or no assistance or guidance from Complyport. Alternatively they may have completed the application pack before being introduced to Complyport.

In either case, Complyport can provide the compliance section and offer a comprehensive ‘pre-submission review’ of the entire application pack, including a report (verbal or written) by Ron Weekes or John Morgan on what is deemed to be incorrect, inappropriate or indeed what may be perceived to be a barrier to entry.

Following amendment and FSA submission, Complyport can be called upon to advise on the questions raised by the regulator or on other various issues which may prevent the application from moving forward.
