Noah Klarish

Prior to forming HutnerKlarish LLP, Noah practiced through Noah Klarish & Associates, P.C. which he founded in 1992. Noah's practice focuses on business law and transactions, organizational and capital structure, financing transactions, preparation and negotiation of contracts, trademark and intellectual property protection, leasing of premises, mergers and acquisitions. Noah also represents many hedge funds and other private equity clients. His experience in counselling growing companies and network of contacts enables him to help position companies to build value and develop strategic relationships.

Noah began his legal career with the "corporate boutique" law firms of Spengler Carlson Gubar Brodsky & Frischling and Moses & Singer, where he fine tuned his skills by handling diverse corporate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, tender offers, private placements, securities registrations and proxy contests. Noah received his undergraduate degree in finance from Boston University in 1980 where he placed in the top 1% of his business school class. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. He publishes articles and lectures on topics relating to emerging companies and hedge funds.
